This agreement is a legal contract between you and Fotiaoqiang VPN (the 'Service Provider') for downloading, installing, and using the VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or misuse the App, related trademarks, or service content without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, routes, or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for account and device security; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may create service or security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components is also subject to the respective third-party terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for outages caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, carrier policy, or user device settings. Carrier data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or in roaming environments, and those charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. We work to maintain accurate route information and client versions, but some network conditions depend on third-party infrastructure or external changes. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by those conditions. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in accordance with applicable rules.
